We meet with you at our offices. We look at each piece of Jewelry that you show us and explain what our bid is to you and explain exactly why the price is the price we offer. If you accept our bid, we’ll write you a check on the spot.

If you want time to think it over, there’s no rush, we’ll give you the bid in writing. You’ll have time to think about it or time to get competing bids. There is never any pressure or rush. There is never a charge for our service. If you are not able to visit us in person, we can arrange for the shipment of your item in a secure and insured manner.
